Our goal is to be the most professional lower mid-market private equity firm in the Dutch market.

Founded in 2019, 365 Capital is an independent Private Equity firm with a very ambitious team that has a high degree of ownership in everything that they do. However, they also don’t always take themselves too seriously, and try to have a lot of fun together. Their investment focus is on Dutch well-positioned companies that have strategic and operational upside potential. As their team is relatively small, they often work in teams of two per potential deal or portfolio company, leading to substantial exposure at all seniority levels. The companies and managers that they work with very much appreciate their active and supportive approach.

What we are looking for.

You enjoy recognizing trends and business models in various markets and analyzing companies.
Open to different (study) backgrounds, your interest in companies and private equity investing matters more!
Strong social skills, e.g. you communicate well and know how to act towards different people and in different settings.
Flexible and proactive: you enjoy working directly with portfolio management teams to support them in achieving the value creation plan.
