Get to know Accuracy
The better we know each other, the better we work together.
Annual seminars form a major part of life at Accuracy as they are a great way of uniting and interacting with colleagues from all the international offices.
One of the main objectives of these seminars is to enhance relations between colleagues and to foster a culture of sharing and teamwork, as at Accuracy, we believe that the better we know each other, the better we work together as one firm.
We hold on average four seminars per year: three of which are training seminars per grade, aimed at improving both technical and soft skills, and the fourth, is our annual summer seminar, bringing together all Accuracians across all our offices in a new destination each year in Europe. Our summer seminar is a highly anticipated event, involving two days of team bonding activities, evening festivities and unique opportunities to catch up with or meet new Accuracians from various offices.
Leontine Koens-Betz is Managing Partner of the Dutch office and was involved since its inception in 2007.

What we are looking for.
At Accuracy, we pride ourselves on the quality of our consultants, and from the get-go, we only look for the best. Working in a rigorous and demanding environment, certain qualities and skills are expected of you. These include:
Strong analytical skills – each of our projects involves dealing with a significant amount of data of varying degrees of quality. It is important to be able to manage the data, make sense of it and transmit conclusions clearly and concisely.
Great interpersonal skills – being with the client or your fellow team members, building positive human relationships is fundamental to life at Accuracy. In the office, there is a strong sense of community and team spirit reigns supreme; with the client, good relationships make our job easier and help cement Accuracy’s position as our clients’ first port of call.
A learning mind-set – an inquisitive mind, a desire to grow your skill set and an open approach to learning will help you go far at Accuracy. This goes hand-in-hand with our team spirit: Accuracians are always there to help each other grow.
