We prefer students/young professionals with a financial background who are at the end of their Master phase or have 0-2 years of experience. For our interns, we always look for an opportunity for you to start as an analyst afterwards, when you perform well.
Having some relevant work/internship-experience is a plus (e.g. M&A, IB, PE, consultancy), but not necessary.
