At EY Strategy & Transaction we provide guidance to companies on challenging topics like strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and boosting profits. Our services cover strategy advice, restructuring, operational enhancements, and IPOs. Our clients range from private equity firms and publicly traded companies to global corporations and family-owned businesses.
The Strategy & Transaction division contains both Corporate Finance and Strategy and brings together over 300 professionals in the Netherlands. Moreover, our global network provides us with numerous international contacts, clients, and opportunities abroad.

About you
What we are looking for.
- Enthusiastic about learning and skill development;
- Currently in the last phase of studies or recently graduated with a Master’s in fields like Finance, Strategic Management, Economics, Econometrics, or similar financial-economic areas, or even from a technical stud;
- Possesses hands-on experience through corporate finance internships or similar roles;
- Embraces teamwork and values quality-focused thinking and problem-solving skills.
