“The Talent program is a great opportunity for young professionals at NIBC. What I valued the most during the program was that you are set on a one-year-long path of self-discovery, where you get to refine your identity, learn to work with people from different backgrounds and get to experience a start-up process within the boundaries of your corporate job. And the best part is that you get to have a lot of fun in the process!”

– Irina Bodistean

“The Talent Program has been important in helping me secure a position at a place I truly wanted to be. It has significantly expanded my network within the bank and provided me with invaluable connections. Moreover, the program creates a welcoming and fun community among the participants, making it an enjoyable experience to learn and grow alongside other talented colleagues.”

– Tim de Kort

“The talent program has provided me with an opportunity to meet new people within and outside the organisation and to create a beautiful friendship, which leads to a new support system that has boosted my confidence and handed over a deeper understanding of the company’s ambition and direction. More importantly, it has also structurally guided me to self-realisation, which I believe to be the most crucial element in one’s working life.”
