- Fluency in business English is required and proficiency in Dutch preferred

- Working with team members on live mandates in the execution of a potential merger or acquisition
- Drafting strategic recommendations for potential clients that might become the basis for the client’s decision-making process
- Preparing tailored pitches for potential clients
- Conduct in-depth industry analysis and review of companies’ strategy and financials
- Gathering data/information regarding potential acquisition opportunities and analysis of/feasibility judgment on acquisition opportunities
