Nice to have

  • Fluency in business English is required and proficiency in Dutch preferred

What will you do?

  • Working with team members on live mandates in the execution of a potential merger or acquisition 
  • Drafting strategic recommendations for potential clients that might become the basis for the client’s decision-making process 
  • Preparing tailored pitches for potential clients
  • Conduct in-depth industry analysis and review of companies’ strategy and financials
  • Gathering data/information regarding potential acquisition opportunities and analysis of/feasibility judgment on acquisition opportunities

ING Corporate Finance is seeking an ambitious and motivated intern to join our team. As an intern, you will be exposed to a variety of M&A transactions and gain experience working with both local and international clients.
