  • The full experience of the role of a first-year Investment Banking Analyst by being predominantly involved in live deal execution and origination

  • Being involved in all aspects of a live transaction, from assisting in preparation of process materials, engaging with clients and having the possibility to join meetings

  • Rapidly enhance your capabilities in financial modelling, valuation analysis and broader M&A skillset

Nice to have

  • Final year of bachelor’s degree, or pursuing a master’s degree
  • Strong entrepreneurial and hands-on mentality
  • Fluency in both Dutch and English
  • Previous experience in corporate finance is appreciated, but not a requirement”

What will you do?

  • Analysing companies and underlying markets
  • Assisting in preparing presentations for clients
  • Supporting team members during live projects

  • Financial analyses in Excel / PowerPoint
