  • Master’s student or recently graduated
  • Accomplished analytical and commercial skills
  • Affinity with private equity and entrepreneurship

What will you do?

  • Researching new markets, identifying and approaching targets;

  • Support on deal evaluation, financial modelling, valuation, financing and commercial due diligence;

  • Work directly with management teams to identify growth opportunities, execute strategy and operational plans;

  • Establish financial and KPI reporting and support portfolio meetings with the management team;

  • Initiate Buy & Build or organic growth activities;

  • Support the execution of refinancing, add-ons and exits.

The vacancy

Committed Capital offers you a challenging internship with growth opportunities in a small and entrepreneurial team. During the internship, you will receive training in all facets of the investment process. The start date of the internship can be mutually agreed upon and will last for a period of 4-6 months. The internship compensation will be market-based.
