The vacancy

As an Equity Capital Markets (“ECM”) Intern you are actively involved in both the origination and execution of transactions in public equity markets. The team, consisting of 10 dedicated bankers, combines market insight and intelligence with corporate finance knowledge to develop tailor-made solutions for raising capital through initial public offerings (IPOs), secondary offerings, block trades, convertible bonds, share buybacks and other types of equity advice. You will be part of a very close-knit team with many social events and lots of fun!
