  • You will join one of the longest-standing investment firms in the Netherlands; we’ve been investing successfully for 40 years.  

  • You will join a diverse team with a variety of backgrounds from which you can learn;

  • You will work in a team with a sector focus – we differentiate ourselves in an overcrowded market with experience and deep knowledge of three sectors (Healthcare, Technology and Food & Agri).  

  • You will gain a lot of responsibility – although Holland Capital consists of a large team, you will work in highly focused small teams where you get tremendous responsibility and ownership.

Nice to have

  • You have a strong academic background;  
  • You have an affinity with the Technology sector (software, IT services & high tech); 
  • You are a self-starter, you have the ability to work independently and take responsibility;  
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English, both speaking and writing; knowledge of the German language is a plus;
  • You have a clear career path; in this role, you have a clear route to becoming an investment associate.

What will you do?

  • You will work on Deal-flow origination; 
  • You will work on the evaluation of investment opportunities; 
  • You will work on the management of some of our portfolio companies; 
  • You will work on your personal development. 

The vacancy

As Investment Analyst you work closely with the Investment Manager in analysing technology markets, identifying new leads and assessing investment applications. Do you have an affinity with tech, are you entrepreneurial and do you want to further develop your PE career?
