Master’s degree and 0-2 years of work experience in a financial/analytical role;
Self-starter, quick, independent learner with analytical skills and good control of financial accounting;
Basic understanding of the private markets industry and private equity fund structures;
Good social and communication skills and integrity;
Excellent command of the Dutch and English language;
Affinity with Software and IT companies is an advantage.
What will you do?
Compiling pitch books, marketing material and financial analyses;
Preparing material for investor events and meetings, annual meetings and advisory board meetings;
Maintaining contact with investors about the performance of the funds and other inquiries;
Preparation of documentation for new funds, in consultation with legal and tax advisors;
Updating business and fund performance;
Sending out capital call, distributions, fund updates, etc. to current investors.

We offer a combination of debt and equity solutions to finance growth, acquisition or MBO transactions. We are looking for an ambitious Investment Analyst who would like to join us in Amsterdam and help growing our business activities in the Benelux region. As an investor relations analyst you will become part of the Investor Relations and Fundraising team.
