What will you do?
The vacancy
We offer you the opportunity to be part of our investment team for a period of 3 to 4 months. As an intern you will be involved in active and new projects from day one. You will be responsible for performing analyses on new sectors and potential investments, as well as providing support on our portfolio companies. Our team can be described as ambitious, social and accessible. There is little hierarchy and we have a direct open culture. We have lunch together every day, and regularly do fun activities together.
Working at 365 Capital
Founded in 2019, 365 Capital is an independent Private Equity firm with a very ambitious team that has a high degree of ownership in everything that they do. However, they also don’t always take themselves too seriously, and try to have a lot of fun together. As their team is relatively small, they often work in teams of two per potential deal or portfolio company, leading to substantial exposure at all seniority levels. The companies and managers that they work with very much appreciate their active and supportive approach.
