Nice to have

You’re completing your 3rd year of a Bachelor’s degree, or you’re currently enrolled in a Master’s degree (preferable real estate, finance, business, or technical studies);

You have an affinity for real estate and sustainability analysis. Experience in Real Estate and/or Sustainability is a plus;

Your eye for detail means you enjoy solving quantitative problems within a team;

You want to broaden your financial knowledge through a practical and hands-on approach;

You’re fluent in English. Other languages are a plus.

What will you do?

  • Active involvement across the entire deal cycle of a real estate transaction

  • Analysing investment proposals. 

  • Supporting analysts with cash flow modelling and financial analysis.

  • Preparing presentations for clients, including Teasers and full Investment Memoranda.

  • Support in performing impact assessments of Real Estate portfolios and in evaluating initial and ongoing compliance with the EU Taxonomy and SFDR.
  • Help maintain and develop the investor database, with direct investor interaction.
